Sponsorship Appplication

Sponsorships directly supports the animal of your choosing and are not used to fund any of Cat Tail Corner's other programs.

Sponsorships can be made in multiple ways:

check or money order mailed to our location
in-person dropped off at one of our adoption events
online through our PayPal account

If you do not wish to receive a thank you card, sponsorship may be paid directly through our PayPal without filling out this form. You can choose to make a one time sponsorship donation or set-up a recurring donation amount. Just make sure to notate which cat you would like to sponsor.
